- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase. No exceptions.
- For online orders:
- (1) Customers must initiate a return within 5 days of delivery to customer by the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS), confirmed by Parcel Tracking details.
- (2) Customers must be sure returned merchandise arrives back in Faded Lace’s possession within 14 days of receiving the item. The 14 days starts the DAY THE MERCHANDISE IS DELIVERED to the customer’s address. Therefore, please be sure to package up and ship out the items being returned in a timely manner so it arrives back at our store within those 14 days.
- (3) Merchandise being shipped back for return must be properly packaged as it was originally sent to you, such as inside SEALED plastic bags that contain proper padding, packaged in a way such that the items will not be damaged during return shipping.
- (4) Returned items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging will not be refunded or will be subject to a restocking fee of 60% of the items retail value which will result in a partial refund, depending on the severity of the damage.
- (5) Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returning merchandise. We do not send prepaid labels for returns.
- (6) Customer is responsible for insuring items being mailed to us for return. We cannot issue refunds for items we never receive.
- (7) Once you have shipped out the returned items, kindly email the tracking information to: [email protected]
- Merchandise being returned must have original packaging (if applicable), be unused, in new condition, with all tags attached.
- If you are making your return in our physical retail store, you must have your original physical purchase receipt.
- Sales are Final on all Sale/Clearance items or items that have been marked down and are not subject to being returned/exchanged.
- Prizes or items won during a live event/game are not subject to be returned/exchanged.
- Mystery bag(s) items, Try Your Luck items, or any other items obtained through non-traditional retail means are not subject to being returned/exchanged.
- Due to hygiene and other concerns, not all items are eligible for return/exchange. For example, items from return or exchange include:
- Undergarments
- Edibles/Sweets/Other Food Items
- Bath & Body Products
- Cosmetics
- Candles & Wax Products
- Electronics
- Jewelry
- Items that were damaged (including accidentally damaged) by customer. As always, please be careful using sharp objects to open parcels.
- Once we receive your return package containing the items being returned/exchanged, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return and for any applicable credit(s) and/or refunds to arrive in your account.
